Two-Armed Bernakchen "Mahakala" Dharma Protector.

Mahakala BernakchenThe ultimately inseparable Dharma Protector Mahakala is the wrathful form manifested from all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas when they subdue the extreme degenerated sentient beings.

Mahakala is the Bodhisattva with immeasurable power of blessings.
He protects the practitioners and all sentient beings from obstacles and leads them to complete Buddhahood for the benefit of oneself and all sentient beings.

In the last ten years, Khenpo Karsang Tenzin has been traveling in South East Asia and European countries spreading dharma and establishing an Internet Library.

He said: "I will apply all my experience in upgrading myself, doing research and translation work. In addition, I will also introduce the essence and positivity of Buddhism to foreign countries".

1. Practitioners are required to receive empowerment and oral transmission from his Vajra Guru.
2. When meditating and reciting, practitioners should offer tea and five types of grains in front of Dharma Protector's sacred image.
3. The best practicing time will be after noontime or on the Dharma Protector's day which is the 29th day of each month according to Tibetan Calendar.

    Yes, it's definitely possible - in any Karma Kagyu meditation center.
    P.S. It's quite normal, that your text may differ slightly from this one - it depends on guru's lineage ;)

    Is it possible to purchase the text for the short daily practice of Mahakala? I have a text from Sherabling but it seems to differ slightly. Thank you
